Our Story
Founded by Pedro Estevez, Aligncompass was born from a simple observation: talented entrepreneurs were burning out trying to manage marketing, technology, and operations on their own. After witnessing too many businesses stall—not because their ideas weren't valuable, but because their systems weren't aligned—Pedro set out to provide clarity, structure, and support to business owners.
"It was always a mystery to me how to operate a business," Pedro reflects. "Sometimes you think there are things out there that you don't know, and you can't move forward without knowing them. But the reality is that you can always figure it out through first principles—asking yourself, 'What if there were no concepts? What if there were no experts? How would I do it?"
With a background in Data analysis, Project Managment, & Business Analysis, Pedro's journey led him to explore the critical intersection of marketing, operations, and business strategy.
